4. Service Fees and Payment

5. Client Responsibilities

We are not responsible for delays caused by government agencies

8. Refund Policy

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services. We are not liable for:

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information shared during the service relationship.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Pakistan.

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SyntaX Business regarding our services.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
